Supervise contractors and monitor daily progress to ensure work is completed as per approved construction schedules.

Verify setting out, levels, dimensions, reinforcement, shuttering, concrete quality, and finishing before and during execution.

Coordinate with QA/QC engineers for inspections, material approvals, concrete testing, and work acceptance.

Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, permit-to-work systems, and safe construction practices.

Review construction drawings and raise RFIs (Requests for Information)



for design discrepancies or site constraints.

Monitor material consumption and coordinate with the procurement team for timely material availability.

Measure executed quantities and verify contractor bills as per actual work completed.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, highlighting completed work, pending activities, and site issues.

Coordinate with electrical and mechanical teams to ensure civil works are completed before equipment installation and commissioning.

Participate in client, consultant, and internal project review meetings, providing updates on civil execution status.

Prepare snag lists, ensure timely rectification of deficiencies, and complete punch-point closure before project handover.

Maintain as-built records, site documentation, inspection reports, and handover dossiers for final project completion Requirements Experience: 5 to 10 Years

Qualification: BE/B.Tech (Civil), Diploma in Civil Engg. with minimum 5 Year Experience.
