We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Safety (Backend Operations) to strengthen our HSE systems by managing safety documentation, compliance, reporting, and coordination across multiple project sites.

Job Summary The Assistant Manager – Safety (Backend Operations) will support the corporate HSE function by managing backend safety documentation, statutory compliance, HSE reporting, audit coordination, safety analytics, and document control. The role requires close coordination with project teams to ensure timely compliance with company, client, and regulatory safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain HSE documentation including RA,



JSA, SOPs, Method Statements, PTW, and HIRA.
- Coordinate with project sites for daily, weekly, and monthly safety reports.
- Monitor statutory safety compliance and maintain legal registers.
- Prepare HSE dashboards, MIS reports, KPI reports, and management presentations.
- Coordinate internal and external HSE audits.
- Maintain ISO 45001 documentation and document control.
- Track NCRs, CAPA, safety observations, and audit closures.
- Maintain incident, accident, and near-miss investigation records.
- Coordinate employee safety training records and certification databases.
- Prepare HSE documents required for project mobilization and tender submissions.
- Coordinate with HR, QA/QC, Projects, Procurement, and Client representatives for safety documentation.
- Monitor compliance deadlines and ensure timely document submission.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Engineering.
- ADIS / Diploma in Industrial Safety.
- NEBOSH, IOSH, or OSHA certification preferred.

Experience
- 8–12 years of HSE experience in Construction, PEB, EPC, Industrial, or Infrastructure projects.
- Robust experience in backend HSE documentation and compliance.
