We are looking for experienced Assistant Manager – Safety / Manager – Safety (Backend Operations) professionals to strengthen our corporate HSE team by managing safety documentation, statutory compliance, reporting, audits, and HSE management systems for projects across India.

Job Summary The selected candidate will be responsible for managing backend HSE operations, including safety documentation, compliance management, audit coordination, reporting, incident documentation, and ISO systems. The role requires close coordination with project teams, clients, consultants, and internal departments to ensure timely compliance with statutory regulations and organizational safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, review, and maintain HSE documentation including Risk Assessments (RA), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Method Statements (MS), SOPs, HIRA, and Permit-to-Work (PTW) documentation.
- Manage statutory safety compliance records and ensure timely updates.
- Coordinate with project sites to collect, review, and consolidate daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports.
- Prepare HSE dashboards, MIS reports, KPI reports, and management presentations.
- Coordinate internal, external, and client safety audits.




- Maintain ISO 45001 documentation and HSE management system records.
- Track incidents, near misses, NCRs, CAPAs, and corrective action closures.
- Maintain employee safety training records, certifications, and competency matrices.
- Prepare project-specific HSE documentation during project mobilization and tender submissions.
- Ensure proper document control, revision management, and record maintenance.
- Coordinate with HR, QA/QC, Projects, Procurement, and Client representatives for HSE compliance activities.
- Monitor changes in statutory safety regulations and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering.
- ADIS / Diploma in Industrial Safety.
- NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent certifications will be an added advantage.

Experience
- Assistant Manager – Safety: 8–12 years of relevant HSE experience.
- Manager – Safety: 12+ years of relevant HSE experience.

Experience in Construction, PEB, EPC, Industrial, Manufacturing, or Infrastructure Projects is preferred.
