- Responsible for Smooth operation of QC shifts.

- Responsible for Quality Management.

- Ensure the safety of all equipment & personnel by imparting & implementing safety awareness.

- Facing Inspection & Audit related to products.

- Data analysis of quality problems.

- Attending to customer complaints.

- Responsible for Glass, Resin & binder formulation.

- Responsible for Resin & binder preparation.

- To maintain the secrecy of formulation

- Responsible for Housekeeping.

- Co-ordination with other departments for better performance & smooth running of plant

- Overall responsible for QC operations & reporting to Plant Head.

- Responsible for ensuring that products meet quality standard, customer requirements as per specification.

- Prepare overall MIS report and maintain all documents as per implemented system.





- To summarize weekly/ monthly reports of non-conforming products and implementation of corrective actions in coordination with production dept. for continual improvement in the product quality

- Provide feedback of moisture & LOI control in uncured glass wool product on daily basis to production manager/plant head.

- Ensure proper traceability of product / batch no. / Dimension /Density/ Area in Sq. mtr or as per customer need.

- Submission of monthly QC reports.

- Complaint investigation along with preventive action.

- Comparative analysis of product sample given by marketing as & when required.

- Overall responsible for BIS audits and timely renewal of BIS license.

- Retention of all records as per retention policy.
