Job Summary

Support day-to-day fleet operations by driving driver training, safety compliance, performance monitoring, and operational excellence. Ensure a disciplined, skilled, and safety-conscious driver workforce while improving productivity and service quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct induction and refresher training for drivers.
- Train drivers on SOPs, road safety, defensive driving, and vehicle handling.
- Deliver behavioural, discipline, and soft skills training.
- Monitor driver performance and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety campaigns, and accident prevention programs.
- Address driver grievances and coordinate timely resolution.
- Maintain training records, competency assessments, and compliance documentation.
- Support fleet operations and ensure adherence to safety and operational standards.





Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 4+ years of experience in fleet operations, transport, logistics, or driver training.
- Knowledge of road safety, fleet operations, and driver management.
- Solid leadership, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
