Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end Ocean / Air shipment operations.
- Ensure timely execution of shipments in line with customer requirements.
- Coordinate with customers, carriers, airlines, overseas offices, and internal teams.
- Monitor operational KPIs and ensure adherence to service standards.
- Identify and resolve shipment-related issues promptly.
- Lead and support the operations team to maintain high service quality.




- Ensure smooth coordination across stakeholders throughout the shipment lifecycle.

Requirements

- 4–5 years of relevant experience in Ocean / Air Operations.
- Strong knowledge of freight forwarding and shipping procedures.
- Good understanding of shipment coordination and operational processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust problem-solving and stakeholder-management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced logistics environment.
