?Core Responsibilities ✔️Payroll Processing: Manage and execute end-to-end monthly payroll, attendance, leaves, overtime, and reimbursements. ✔️Statutory Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to statutory requirements including PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and labor laws. ✔️Reporting & MIS: Prepare workforce cost analysis, headcount metrics, attrition trends, and budgeting insights for executive management. ✔️Audit & Vendor Management: Support internal/external statutory audits and coordinate with finance/external payroll vendors. ✔️Process Improvement: Enhance payroll controls, data integrity, and automation within HRIS software.
