Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end forward and reverse domestic logistics operations

- Ensure adherence to industry standards, operational SOPs, and best practices

- Oversee billing and charges reconciliation, including resolution of weight discrepancies, disputes, and claims

- Analyze operational data to identify trends, drive efficiency, and make data-driven decisions

- Handle ad-hoc operational challenges with strong problem-solving and ownership

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of operations associates to meet performance targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in logistics operations (forward and reverse), preferably in 3PL or e-commerce logistics

- Strong understanding of domestic logistics processes and industry standards

- Proven knowledge of billing, charges, weight discrepancy handling, and dispute/claim resolution

- Robust numerical aptitude and hands-on experience with data analytics

- Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability to varied work demands

- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team

Education

- B.Tech/B.E. from a Tier 1/2 engineering college

- MBA preferable
