Shift: Rotational (6:00 AM 3:00 PM & 3:00 PM 12:00 AM)

Role Overview The Assistant Manager / Manager Land Development will lead and deliver complex international land development, infrastructure, and roadway projects across North America, the UK, Europe, and ANZ markets.

The role involves end-to-end ownership of project planning, design reviews, quality assurance, and timely project delivery while ensuring compliance with international engineering standards. The incumbent will work closely with global clients, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, mentor engineers and drafters, and drive Civil 3D design excellence. The position requires working in rotational shifts to support overseas project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage end-to-end land development, infrastructure, and roadway projects for North American, UK, European, and ANZ clients.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards, timelines, and client expectations.
- Interact directly with international clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and resolve technical issues.
- Review and approve construction drawings and engineering designs in compliance with regional standards and regulations.




- Mentor and train engineers and drafters on project standards, engineering best practices, and Autodesk Civil 3D.
- Coordinate with surveyors, architects, MEP consultants, and other stakeholders for seamless project execution.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation activities.
- Prepare technical documentation, project reports, and status presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Technical Competencies:

- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D, including drafting, design, grading, corridor modeling, and plan production.
- Strong knowledge of land development processes: site grading, drainage, utilities, roadway alignments, and earthwork calculations.
- Experience with stormwater management design (hydrology, hydraulics, detention/retention systems) as per international standards.
- Familiarity with international codes/standards (AASHTO, UK DMRB, Eurocodes) for land development and roadway projects.
- Ability to interpret and transform survey data, topographic maps, and engineering sketches into detailed construction drawings.
- Experience preparing construction documents: site layout, profiles, cross-sections, and quantity take-offs.
- Proficiency in coordinating with multidisciplinary teams (architects,



MEP, surveyors, environmental consultants).
- Competence in clash detection, utility coordination, and constructability reviews.
- Working knowledge of project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and document management systems.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) processes in engineering deliverables.
- Working knowledge of other relevant CAD tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, MicroStation, and InfraWorks.
- Knowledge of GIS platforms and integration with CAD workflows is an advantage.
- Ability to conduct design reviews, value engineering, and provide technical guidance to team members.

Required Skills

- Minimum 8 years of experience in land development, infrastructure, and roadway projects.
- Experience delivering projects for North America, UK, Europe, or ANZ markets.
- Robust client management and stakeholder communication skills.
- Proven experience leading engineering teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent conflict resolution and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering with specialization in:

- Transportation Engineering

- Geotechnical Engineering

- Environmental Engineering
- Urban & Regional Planning

- Related Civil Engineering disciplines
- Civil 3D Certification or Project Management Certification is preferred.
- Prior leadership or managerial experience in an international engineering consulting environment is highly desirable.
