- Support and coordinate installation, configuration, and connectivity of computer systems and network infrastructure
- Manage end-user support teams across regions to ensure business continuity
- Oversee hardware and software deployment both in-house and at remote sites
- Ensure compliance with IT standards and procedures during system implementations
- Coordinate with IT teams and vendors to resolve Level 3 issues
- Handle break-fix incidents related to networks, servers, and end-user systems
- Ensure proper installation and configuration of LAN/WAN circuits and network appliances
- Facilitate project goals related to global/local IT initiatives, including M&A; support
- Maintain and troubleshoot Active Directory access and permissions
- Support and document site reviews, data acquisition, and network recovery
- Provide support for business applications, mobile devices, and networking technologies
- Lead imaging, OS installation, and hardware/software configurations for end-users and servers
