Role & responsibilities

Site Feasibility & Possession: Review the initial site layout and assess technical feasibility in coordination with the Real Estate (RE) team. Identify any site deviations and implement corrective actions for proper layout placement. Formally take over site possession from the RE team once the property is cleared and ready.

- Project Planning & Procurement: Prepare the detailed Scope of Work (SOW) and initiate the Purchase Requisition (PR) to Purchase Order (PO) process. Follow up with the procurement team and develop the comprehensive project schedule and execution timeline.
- Site Execution & Management: Oversee day-to-day site execution strictly according to the approved layout. Monitor daily progress, resolve ongoing site issues promptly, and maintain a Daily Progress Report (DPR).
- Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate closely with contractors, design, and procurement teams to manage and implement any necessary corrective changes in office.
- Project Closure & Handover: Manage the final measurement, billing, and Goods Receipt Note (GRN) processes upon project completion. Ensure a smooth transition and proper project handover to the Operations team.
