Role Description: The Assistant Manager – Human Resources will be responsible for managing the complete employee lifecycle for the WaterproofingRaja business vertical.

The role combines recruitment, HR operations, statutory compliance, performance coordination, employee engagement, and HR reporting. It requires a hands-on professional who can independently manage day-to-day HR activities while continuously improving HR systems and supporting the organisation's growth.

This is an ownership role for someone who enjoys building structure, improving processes, and working closely with business leaders to build a capable and engaged workforce Qualifications

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

Strong HR operations skills, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.

Experience with performance management processes, training support, and employee engagement initiatives.

Knowledge of HR documentation, attendance and leave management, and compliance with Indian labor laws and regulations.

Proficiency in using HRIS or HR-related software, MS Office tools, and maintaining accurate HR data and reports.





Prior experience in an HR generalist or assistant manager role, preferably in construction, engineering, or building maintenance sectors.

Ability to work in office, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all HR activities.
