We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager HR – Compensation & Benefits to join our HR team.

? Location: Kochi

? Experience: 4+ Years

Key Responsibilities

✔ Design, review, and optimize incentive schemes across business functions and designation levels.

✔ Develop incentive policies aligned with business goals, sales strategies, and organizational objectives.

✔ Ensure accurate monthly incentive calculations, validations, and coordination with the Payroll and Finance teams.

✔ Develop and manage KPI-based incentive frameworks for various functions and roles.

✔ Analyze the effectiveness of incentive programs and measure their impact on business performance, productivity, and employee motivation.

✔ Conduct cost-benefit and ROI analyses of incentive initiatives.

✔ Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and management presentations.

✔ Collaborate with Business Heads, Operations, Finance,



and HR teams for effective incentive planning and implementation.

✔ Ensure compliance with incentive policies, approval processes, and audit requirements.

✔ Drive automation and digitalization of incentive management processes through HRMS and analytics tools.

✔ Benchmark retail industry practices and recommend continuous improvements to compensation and incentive programs.

Preferred Skills

✅ Solid experience in Compensation & Advantages and incentive management.

✅ Expertise in HR analytics, MIS reporting, and dashboard preparation.

✅ Advanced Microsoft Excel and analytical skills.

✅ Hands-on experience with HRMS and payroll systems.

✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
