Assistant Manager - HR

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Manager - HR to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the HR department in recruitment, payroll processing, statutory compliance, employee records, and daily HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
- Handle employee attendance, leave records, and salary inputs.
- Manage PF and ESI registrations, monthly contributions, and statutory compliance.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and experience letters.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and exit formalities.
- Respond to employee queries related to payroll, PF, ESI, and HR policies.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.




- Support employee engagement and other HR initiatives.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in HR, payroll, or recruitment.
- Knowledge of payroll processing, PF, ESI, and labor law compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and HR/payroll software.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Solid attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with HRMS or payroll software.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience: 3–4 years (Preferred)

Education: Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
