Role Description The Assistant Manager Finance role at NeoLync is a full-time, in office position based in Tirupati. The role involves overseeing day-to-day finance operations, including managing accounts payable and receivable, monitoring cash flow, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting activities.

The Assistant Manager

Finance will support monthly and annual closing processes, prepare financial reports and analyses, and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and internal controls.



The role includes coordinating with internal departments, auditors, and external stakeholders, as well as contributing to process improvements and implementation of finance-related policies and systems.

Qualifications

- Strong foundational knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting
- Experience with finance operations such as accounts payable/receivable, cash flow management, and reconciliations
- Proficiency with finance and ERP software, spreadsheets, and data analysis tools
- Ability to interpret financial data, prepare management reports, and support decision-making
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams on-site
- Educational Qualification: Qualified CA
- Experience in manufacturing or electronics industry finance functions is preferred
