Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Support the budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
- Maintain general ledger accuracy and ensure timely reconciliations.
- Handle accounts payable, receivable, and payroll oversight.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.).
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits.
- Monitor cash flows and working capital management.
- Review and streamline accounting processes and systems for efficiency.
- Prepare management reports and financial analysis to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial planning and cost control.
