Role Description The Assistant Manager Finance is a full-time, on-site role based in Haveli, responsible for supporting the financial management and reporting functions of the organization. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing accounting operations, managing accounts payable and receivable, assisting with budgeting and forecasting, and preparing periodic financial statements and management reports.

The role involves monitoring cash flow, coordinating bank and vendor relationships, and ensuring accurate ledger entries in line with applicable accounting standards.

Finance will support internal controls, participate in audits, and help implement financial policies that align with organizational goals. Collaboration with operations and project teams is required to track project costs, analyze variances, and provide financial insights that support decision-making.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong core finance and accounting skills, including knowledge of financial statements, general ledger accounting, and cost tracking.
- Candidates should possess budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis skills to support planning and performance monitoring.
- Candidates should possess skills in using accounting and ERP software, Excel, and other financial tools for reporting and data management.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of taxation, compliance, and basic regulatory requirements relevant to corporate finance operations.
- Candidates should possess analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills for accurate financial review and control.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field is preferred; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, MBA Finance) are an advantage.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing, engineering, or industrial project environment will be beneficial.
