Roles & Responsibilities

- Support the Financial Controller in managing controllership and finance operations.
- Prepare financial statements and reports, MIS, and management reports.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and variance analysis.
- Coordinate with business teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with taxation, statutory, and regulatory requirements.
- Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
- Liaise with auditors and assist in statutory and internal audit processes.
- Monitor financial controls and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Support ERP implementation and finance automation projects, where applicable.

Preferred Candidate

- CMA, MBA (Finance), or M.Com or CA Inter with 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in the Manufacturing, Mining, or Exploration industry preferred, not compulsory




- Exposure to Controllership, Finance & Accounts, Financial Reporting, or Indian Statutory Audit.
- Working knowledge of taxation, compliance, and accounting standards.
- ERP exposure will be an added advantage.
- Good analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
