Role & responsibilities

- Plan, monitor, and execute all finishing works at project site(s) - flooring, tiling, painting, POP, false ceiling, doors/windows, Water proofing and joinery - as per approved drawings and specifications.

- Coordinate with design, architecture, and MEP teams to ensure smooth, clash-free interface and execution of finishing activities.

- Prepare and track detailed execution schedules for finishing works, ensuring activities are completed within agreed timelines.

- Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to ensure workmanship adheres to approved samples, mock-ups, and specifications.

- Coordinate and manage contractors, vendors, and labour deployed for finishing trades, ensuring optimum resource utilization.

- Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory requirements,



and quality protocols at the project site.

- Assess material requirements, raise indents, and coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of finishing materials.

- Monitor budgets and costs for finishing works, controlling wastage and minimizing cost overruns.

- Maintain proper documentation, JMR, including snag lists, quality checklists, inspection reports, and progress reports.

- Coordinate handover of finished units/areas with sales, CRM, and client teams, ensuring defect-free and timely delivery.

- Daily Coordination with structure execution team to provide front to the finishing vendor.
