Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Assistant Manager - Data Analyst to join our Pune office, serving as a pivotal bridge between complex data ecosystems and strategic business decision-making. In this role, you will lead the design and deployment of sophisticated data solutions, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate ambiguous business requirements into actionable insights. You will be responsible for architecting robust reporting frameworks and automating manual workflows, directly influencing operational efficiency and driving data-backed growth for our global clients.

By leveraging your deep technical expertise, you will ensure that our data infrastructure remains scalable, accurate, and aligned with the evolving needs of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Architect and maintain end-to-end data pipelines using SQL and Power Query M to ensure seamless data ingestion and transformation for high-stakes reporting.
- Develop and optimize complex DAX measures and data models within Power BI to provide stakeholders with intuitive, high-performance dashboards that facilitate real-time decision-making.
- Engineer automated business process solutions using Power Automate and Power Apps to eliminate operational bottlenecks and improve team productivity across departments.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify key performance indicators and translate business challenges into structured analytical projects that drive measurable outcomes.




- Mentor junior team members on best practices in data visualization and storytelling, ensuring a high standard of analytical rigor and presentation quality across the organization.
- Conduct deep-dive exploratory data analysis to uncover hidden trends and anomalies, providing actionable recommendations that improve business performance and customer satisfaction.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated mastery in advanced SQL querying, data modeling, and performance tuning within large-scale relational databases.
- Proven ability to build complex, interactive dashboards using Power BI, supported by advanced proficiency in DAX and Power Query M for data manipulation.
- Extensive experience in designing and implementing low-code automation solutions using Power Automate and Power Apps to streamline enterprise-level workflows.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical findings to non-technical stakeholders and influence executive-level strategy.
- Strong analytical mindset with 8 - 11 years of experience in data analytics, capable of managing multiple high-priority projects in a quick-paced, hybrid work environment.
- A Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field, reflecting a strong foundation in analytical problem-solving.
- High degree of adaptability and a proactive approach to learning new technologies, ensuring the team remains at the forefront of data analytics trends.
