We are looking for experienced professional in Aluminium Coil Pattern Coating with exposure to International Projects experience. This is an exciting prospect to join a leading manufacturing organisation and contribute to high-quality, innovative coating solutions.

? Location: Haridwar, Uttarakhand

? Position: Pattern Coating Expert – Aluminium Coil Coating

? Employment Type: Permanent

? Openings: Multiple (Operator to Assistant Manager)

? Key Responsibilities

✔ Lead and optimise aluminium coil pattern coating operations

✔ Develop and standardise coating recipes for superior quality and consistency

✔ Ensure pattern accuracy, colour consistency, adhesion and surface finish

✔ Troubleshoot coating defects and optimise roll coater & curing oven parameters

✔ Support new product development and continuous process improvement

✔ Coordinate with Production, QA, Maintenance and R&D; teams

✔ Ensure compliance with quality standards

? Experience Required

✅ 8–15 years of experience in Aluminium Coil Coating

✅ Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Pattern Coating

✅ Strong expertise in roll coating,



paint formulation, pretreatment, curing ovens, defect analysis and process optimisation

? Experience working on International Projects or with global aluminium coil coating standards will be highly preferred.

? Qualifications

- Diploma in Mechanical / Paint Technology or

• B.E./B.Tech. in Chemical, Mechanical, Metallurgical, Materials Engineering or equivalent
