About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to join our Internal Audit Team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and executing internal audit strategies, ensuring the integrity and effectiveness of our internal control systems. The Assistant

Manager will be responsible for conducting comprehensive audits, providing valuable insights into risk management, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess a Chartered Accountant qualification with a minimum of four years of relevant experience in internal audit functions. Proficiency in audit software such as CAATs, ACL, IDEA, or similar tools is essential.





Candidates must have a strong understanding of internal auditing standards, accounting principles, and legal regulations. Excellent communication, report writing, and presentation skills are required to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and audit committees. A solid grasp of data analytics, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills are also essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement a comprehensive internal audit plan aligned with organizational objectives and risk management strategies.
- Ensure the internal audit function provides an independent and objective assessment of the company's internal systems, controls, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Perform detailed audits, pre-audits, and coordinate with external auditors to ensure audit objectives are met efficiently and effectively.
- Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls and recommend improvements to mitigate risks.
- Provide expert advice on maintaining and enhancing internal financial controls and governance processes.
- Analyze business processes, identify potential issues,



and suggest practical solutions to optimize operational efficiency.
- Prepare detailed audit reports, highlighting key findings, risks, and recommendations for management review.
- Engage in continuous learning initiatives to stay updated on industry best practices, regulatory changes, and technological advancements.
- Participate in team-building activities and foster a collaborative environment within the internal audit team.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with stakeholders across the organization and external entities.
