Qualification:

- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical /Civil/Graduation
- ADIS / PDIS / RLI /Fire Safety Course from State Govt. recognized institute.
- Must be fluent in Hindi & English.
- Minimum 25 years of age.

Key Responsibilities:

- He shall be responsible for monitoring & ensuring the availability of Firefighting equipment and appliances.
- Responsible for execution of day-to-day function as assigned by Head Fire Safety.
- Responsible for always monitoring & maintaining the constant minimum inventory of firefighting equipment.
- Conducting Fire Load, Hazardous Area & Fire Risk analysis to suggest the corrective measures and engineering control accordingly.
- Responsible for the installation, inspection, testing, maintenance, and compliance of fire protection systems (including fire alarms, sprinklers, hydrants, and Emulsifier System)
- Preparation and implementation of periodic schedule for testing, checking and inspection of first aid firefighting equipment.
- Preparation and implementation of the departmental procedure & system.
- Imparting training on education based on Risk evaluation to the departmental state to mitigate all types of expected Fire emergency.




- Responsible for carrying out the Fire incident investigation.
- He shall conduct Fire drill at site.
- To maintain the records, Documents and Register related to testing, inspection and maintenance of firefighting equipment’s hard and soft copies.
- He shall ensure prompt repair of any defect of fire appliances and equipment’s and periodical test of the appliances and accessories and complete record to this effect.
- Lead site safety initiatives, implement EHS strategies, and conduct risk assessments.
- Drive Permit to Work, contractor safety, and emergency preparedness.
- Deliver EHS inductions, toolbox talks, and training on PPE, work at height, hot work, confined space, etc.
- Maintain and analyze safety data, reports, and KPIs using SAP, Excel, PowerPoint, and AI tools.

Skills:

- Strong knowledge of ISO 45001 / OHSAS 18001, Risk Assessment, and EHS Audits.
- Proficient in SAP, Excel, PowerPoint, and AI-based safety tools.
- Positive communication, leadership, and analytical ability.
