Key Responsibilities

1. Manage customer-related quality requirements and ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
2. Coordinate internal quality activities and ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures.
3. Maintain and control IATF 16949 documentation, ensuring all quality management system documents are up to date, compliant, and audit-ready.
4. Plan, coordinate, and support customer audits, external audits, certification audits, and surveillance audits, ensuring timely closure of audit findings.
5. Plan, procure,



and coordinate purchase of materials, consumables, and other items required for the unit while effectively managing the annual budget
6. Ensure timely closure of customer complaints, internal non-conformities, and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
7. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Production, Quality, R&D;, and Customers, to ensure smooth operations.
8. Maintain accurate quality and warehouse records and prepare reports for management review and Audit.
9. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality and warehouse operations and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
10. Ensure compliance with company policies, customer-specific requirements, IATF 16949 standards, and other applicable regulatory requirements.
11. Act as the single point of contact for Customer Quality, Internal Quality, and Warehouse Management (WMC) activities at both the Hosur and Chennai locations.
12. Regular visits to customers.

Required Skills/ Work Experience

1. Knowledge of PPAP, SPC, MSA, CAPA, Process & Product Audit.
2. Should be from the automotive industry background.
3. Positive understanding of QMS System, IATF 16949 documentation.
4. Should have experience in handling customer complaints.
