The Assistant Branch Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring all marketing and business development activities of the company. The role focuses on increasing subscriber enrollment, enhancing brand visibility, supporting branch business growth, and achieving organizational targets through effective marketing strategies.Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase chit enrollments across all branches.
- Generate new customer leads through field marketing and promotional activities.
- Identify new business opportunities and expansion areas.
- Support branches in achieving monthly business targets.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends

Qualification
- BE, MBA (Marketing) / Any Post Graduate Degree.
- Eligible only tamilnadu candidates

Experience




- Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in Marketing and Business Development.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Chit Funds, Finance, Banking, NBFC, Insurance, or Financial Services sectors.
