Travel: Extensive PAN India travel to school campuses and project sites

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and execution-focused Assistant Architect with experience in institutional and residential projects. The role involves architectural design, impactful 2D/3D drawings, project execution, school infrastructure development, renovation, maintenance, and site coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Create architectural designs, detailed working drawings, and impactful 2D/3D visualizations.
- Design and execute new school infrastructure, additional floors, renovations, and refurbishment projects.
- Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, vendors, and school stakeholders.
- Prepare and review BOQs, estimates, technical specifications, and project bills.




- Ensure projects are delivered within approved timelines, budgets, quality standards, and design specifications.

Requirements
- B.Arch or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural design and project execution.
- Experience in institutional and residential projects is mandatory.
- Robust knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3D visualization tools, and MS Office.
- Experience in design development, site execution, renovation, maintenance, BOQs, and project coordination.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across PAN India for school projects is mandatory
