Joining: 30-45 Days Industry: Solar / Renewable Energy Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Site Incharge/Solar Incharge O&M; for utility-scale solar PV power plants (100 MW Ground-Mounted Projects) located in Andhra Pradesh. The candidate will be responsible for plant operations, preventive & corrective maintenance, performance monitoring, troubleshooting, safety compliance, and team management to ensure maximum plant availability and optimized generation.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day solar plant operations & maintenance (O&M;)
- Monitor plant performance, power generation, inverter performance, and SCADA system data.
- Analyze breakdown reports, fault logs & generation reports
- Execute preventive & corrective maintenance of:
- Inverters
- Transformers
- HT/LT Panels
- String Combiner Boxes (SCBs)
- Solar Modules
- AC/DC Systems & BOP equipment
- Troubleshoot inverter faults, string failures, grid issues & SCADA alarms
- Ensure minimum downtime & achieve daily generation targets




- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS & performance reports
- Implement LOTO, PTW & electrical safety procedures
- Supervise site technicians, vendors & contract manpower
- Coordinate module cleaning & maintenance activities
- Maintain spare parts inventory & documentation
- Support audits & statutory compliance Required Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in a 50 MW or larger ground-mounted solar power plant as Site In-Charge is required.
- Strong knowledge of Solar PV systems (AC & DC side)
- Expertise in inverters, transformers & SCADA systems
- Valuable understanding of electrical safety practices
- Strong troubleshooting & analytical skills
- Team handling & vendor coordination experience
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MIS reporting & SCADA dashboards
- Ability to manage single/multiple sites.

Eligibility Criteria

- 4-9 years of experience in Solar O&M.;
- At least 2 years of experience in a 50 MW or larger ground-mounted solar power plant.
- Experience as a Site In-Charge in 5 MW or 50+ MW solar plants is a plus.

Language Requirement

- Telugu mandatory for Andhra Pradesh location
- English & Hindi preferred
