Role Description The Assistant Account Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Recent Delhi. This role supports senior account executives in managing client relationships, gathering and organizing client data related to NPAs, and preparing reports, presentations, and documentation.

The Assistant Account

Executive coordinates with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services, follows up with clients on required information, and assists in tracking project milestones and outcomes. The role involves maintaining accurate records, supporting proposal and contract preparation,



and contributing to basic analysis that informs asset management strategies. The position also requires proactive communication, attention to detail, and adherence to internal processes and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

- Strong client service and communication skills, including the ability to interact professionally with banks, financial institutions, and corporate clients.
- Solid organizational and documentation skills, with proficiency in maintaining records, preparing reports, and working with spreadsheets and presentation tools (e.g., MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to understand financial data, support basic NPA-related analysis, and follow structured processes and guidelines.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a quick-paced, on-site workplace.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, commerce, economics, or a related field; prior internship or experience in banking, asset management, or financial services is an advantage.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and willingness to learn about NPA management and asset recovery practices.
