Description Position Assembly Incharge Location Vapi Experience 1 - 2 Years Industries Electronic Responsibilities Lead and manage the assembly team coordinating workloads and ensuring productions chedules are met with quality and safety compliance Supervise the assembly of telecommunication and networking products ensuring components are correctly assembled as per specifications and standard operating procedures Monitor daily production performance including throughput quality standards and adherence to timelines Ensure team members follow company policies safety protocols and quality standards including 5S and lean manufacturing principles Train and develop assembly staff providing guidance coaching and skill development to optimize performance Communicate production goals provide regular feedback and motivate the team to meet or exceed targets Troubleshoot assembly line issues collaborating with maintenance and engineering teams to resolve equipment or process problems Maintain proper documentation of production data quality checks and reports for review by management Implement continuous improvement practices to increase productivity reduce defects and optimize resource utilization Manage attendance and discipline within the team handle personnel issues and support HR policies on the shop floor Coordinate with other departments such as procurement quality control and engineering for smooth production flow and resolution of issues Support current product introductions engineering changes and pilot runs in the assembly area Take ownership of safety compliance and promote a safe working environment Required Skills Attention for detail Team player Good in communication Required Qualification - 12th Pass Any Graduation Job Type Full-time Pay 12 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person
