- Provide best-in-class customer service and resolve customer queries effectively via voice-based support.
- Handle customer interactions across Telecommunication, Email, and Chat channels, ensuring first contact resolution.
- Clarify and confirm customer requirements, addressing their issues accurately and efficiently.
- Greet customers courteously and maintain a professional tone throughout the interaction.
- Listen attentively to customer concerns, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
- Ensure customer understanding of the solution and offer additional education or guidance as required.
- Maintain accurate documentation by preparing and updating customer files promptly.
