Role & Responsibilities
- Development of travel/ eCommerce web application components and interfaces using the latest web technologies including ASP.Net, ASP.Net Core C , C#, JavaScript, Angular JavaScript
- Knowledge of world map & geography will be required.
- Be enthusiastic & have zeal to perform.
- Be flexible to work in 24*7 rotational shifts days working setting.
- Candidates should be able to join ASAP.
- Excellent communication skills required.
- Provide best-in-class customer service and problem resolution to customer queries over the voice-based phone service.
- Support customers across Telecommunication/E-mail/Chat, Meet customer requirements through first contact resolution.
- Clarify customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problem.
- Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures.
- Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy.
- Confirm customer understanding of the solution and provide additional customer education as needed. Prepare complete and accurate work and update customer file.
Required Skills
- Freshers with good communication skills will work candidates will work.
- Freshers from the travel domain with good communication skills.
- Experienced customer support candidates in the travel domain
- Ready to work in rotational shifts (No Night Shifts for females)
