- Work with RPG III, RPG IV (RPGLE), CL, and DB2/400 for application development.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop and enhance batch and online programs as per project needs.
- Perform unit testing and support system integration testing activities.
- Maintain and optimize existing legacy applications for performance improvements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
- Work with DB2 database including file design, queries, and stored procedures.
- Create and maintain documentation for technical designs and processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including analysts and QA teams.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Handle data migration, system upgrades, and modernization initiatives.
- Use tools like SEU, PDM, SDA, and RDi for development and maintenance.
- Ensure system security, compliance, and data integrity standards.
- Support deployment and release management activities.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior developers.

Experience in APIs, web services, or integration is a plus.
- Knowledge of Agile or SDLC methodologies preferred.
