Role Description As an Artificial Intelligence Engineer at TickoraDesk, you will design, develop, and deploy AI models that power intelligent automation across our customer support platform. In this full-time remote role, you will work closely with product, engineering, and customer success teams to build and refine algorithms for ticket routing, lead scoring, conversational assistance, and workflow optimization.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include researching and prototyping recent AI capabilities, training and evaluating models, integrating AI services into production systems, and monitoring performance to ensure reliability and fairness.



You will also contribute to data pipelines, collaborate on scalable architecture, document technical solutions, and help drive continuous improvement in how support teams interact with the platform.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Computer Science , including algorithms, data structures, and software engineering principles.
- Experience with Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks for building and optimizing machine learning models.
- Hands-on skills in Software Development , preferably using languages such as Python, Java, or similar, and working with modern development tools.
- Practical experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques for text classification, intent detection, and conversational AI.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) and cloud-based AI services.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, collaborate across functions, and communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Experience with data pipelines, APIs, and deployment of models to production environments is highly beneficial.
