Looking for a hands-on AI professional with strong experience in Agentic AI Systems, DevOps Integration, and AI-driven software engineering workflows.

Experience : 8 to 12 Years

Location : Chennai (Remote)

Key Requirements :

- Strong coding experience in Python
- Hands-on with LLMs & AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Codex, Cursor AI)
- Experience building Agentic AI / Multi-Agent Systems
- Strong Prompt Engineering expertise
- Experience with GitLab, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes & CI/CD pipelines
- AI integration with DevOps workflows
- Strong understanding of software architecture & code quality
- Ability to conduct workshops, POCs & drive AI adoption

Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct in-depth research on state-of-the-art AI techniques and algorithms to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Design, develop, and implement AI models and algorithms for various applications, including natural language processing, computer vision,



and machine learning, to address specific business challenges.
- Evaluate the performance of AI models using appropriate metrics and statistical methods to ensure accuracy, reliability, and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing products and services, ensuring seamless user experiences and optimal performance.
- Contribute to the development of intellectual property by documenting research findings and filing patent applications to protect cutting-edge AI technologies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI research and technology to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

Preferred :

- Background in AI automation, DevOps, or Software Engineering
- Open-source/research contribution in AI systems
