Role Description The Artificial Intelligence Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role involves designing, developing, and deploying AI and machine learning models to solve real-world business problems across Solis Technology’s product and service portfolio.

The engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, build data pipelines, experiment with algorithms, and optimize models for performance and scalability. Daily responsibilities include implementing solutions for pattern recognition and NLP,



integrating neural network models into production systems, writing clean and efficient code, and collaborating on architecture and code reviews. The role also includes monitoring deployed models, improving existing AI solutions, documenting technical work, and staying current with emerging AI technologies and best practices.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Computer Science principles, including algorithms, data structures, and software engineering best practices.
- Hands-on experience with Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks, including model design, training, evaluation, and optimization.
- Practical knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP), such as text classification, language modeling, and conversational AI.
- Proficiency in Software Development using languages commonly applied in AI (e.g., Python, Java, or C++), and familiarity with relevant frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Experience working with data pipelines, APIs, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is highly beneficial.
- Ability to analyze complex problems, communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with MLOps practices, model deployment, and monitoring in production environments is a plus.
