We are seeking an innovative Artificial Intelligence Engineer to join our dynamic team, dedicated to driving the next generation of AI solutions. This role focuses on developing and deploying cutting-edge Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) that will enhance our product offerings and improve customer experiences. Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement AI models, specifically Generative AI and Large Language Models, to solve complex business challenges.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into our existing products and services.
Conduct research to stay updated with industry trends in AI, particularly focusing on advancements in LLMs.
Evaluate and optimize model performance, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across various applications.
Create comprehensive documentation for model development and deployment processes.
Assist in the development of AI-based analytics tools to derive insights and inform business strategies.
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance in AI and machine learning best practices. Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, with a strong focus on Generative AI and LLM development.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or R, with a deep understanding of machine learning libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Experience with data preprocessing and feature engineering for different types of datasets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work on complex algorithms.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure for deploying AI solutions.
Excellent communication skills, big-picture thinking, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
