About the Role MBCIE – Centre for AI is looking for a passionate and experienced AI Engineer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying enterprise AI solutions that help organizations leverage Artificial Intelligence to improve efficiency, automate workflows, and drive innovation.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered enterprise solutions.
- Build and integrate AI solutions with ERP systems.
- Design and deploy Small Language Models (SLMs) for business use cases.
- Develop AI Agents for enterprise applications and business automation.
- Build intelligent AI automation workflows.
- Develop scalable AI applications using Python and modern AI frameworks.
- Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) with enterprise systems using APIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver creative AI solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Generative AI and enterprise AI technologies.

Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of professional experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related fields.




- Strong experience working with AI and ERP systems.
- Hands-on experience in building and deploying Small Language Models (SLMs).
- Experience developing AI Agents for enterprise use cases.
- Strong understanding of AI Automation and workflow orchestration.
- Proficiency in Python programming.
- Experience working with APIs and AI integrations.
- Good understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and modern AI frameworks.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills
- LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar AI agent frameworks.
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Vector Databases.
- FastAPI or Flask.
- Docker and Git.
- Azure AI, AWS, or Google Cloud.
- Workflow automation platforms such as n8n.
