Employment Type: Full-time (Articleship) About the Role Agarwal Seth & Co., Chartered Accountants, is looking for motivated and dedicated CA Articleship candidates seeking practical exposure across diverse areas of skilled practice. The role offers an opportunity to work on live assignments under the guidance of experienced Chartered Accountants and build a strong foundation in audit, taxation, advisory, and consulting.

Key Responsibilities - Assist in Statutory Audits, Tax Audits and Internal Audits.

- Prepare Income Tax Returns, tax computations and compliance-related documentation.
- Assist in GST registrations, return filing, reconciliations and advisory assignments.
- Support Transfer Pricing documentation, benchmarking studies and economic analysis.
- Work on Business Valuation assignments and Financial Modelling.
- Assist in Financial Due Diligence and transaction advisory engagements.
- Support Subsidy Consultancy assignments, including identification of government incentive schemes, preparation of applications and documentation.
- Assist in accounting,



preparation of financial statements and MIS reporting.
- Support ROC and other corporate law compliances.
- Conduct research on Accounting Standards, Income Tax, GST, Companies Act and other regulatory matters.
- Prepare professional reports, presentations and working papers.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants and regulatory authorities as required.

Qualifications - Registered with ICAI for Articleship.

- Strong understanding of Accounting, Auditing and Taxation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Good analytical, communication and drafting skills.
- Willingness to learn, take ownership and work in a professional environment.
