- Manage movement, storage, and care of artworks across sites
- Coordinate with artists, curators, and installation crews for seamless execution
- Conduct site visits to assess requirements and resolve on-site challenges
- Maintain installation schedules, condition records, and inventory documentation
- Oversee dismantling, repacking, and relocation of artworks




- Ensure all handling and transportation meets conservation and safety standards You are right for this if you have - 3 to 5 years hands-on experience in art installations, exhibition production, or gallery operations
- Direct experience working with contemporary art in a professional environment - gallery, museum, art fair, biennale, or cultural institution
