Experience: 25 years of experience as an ASM

Education: MBA (Tier 1 / Tier 2 preferred)

Key Responsibilities

- Drive Growth: Execute sales strategies to achieve sales and distribution targets in your assigned territory.
- Optimize Operations: Enhance process efficiency through structured Go--To-Market (GTM) plans and Sales Force Automation (SFA).
- Build Capabilities: Train and develop distributor networks to strengthen market presence.
- Leverage Promotions: Maximize brand targets by effectively deploying product pull schemes and promotional activities.
- Analyze Performance: Conduct regular channel assessments to improve overall sales productivity and distribution footprint.
