KEY RESPONSIBILIES

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Relaonship Managers to achieve business targets.
- Plan and execute sales strategies for Business Loans
- Monitor daily performance of the team and provide regular feedback.
- Idenfy new business opportunies and ensure market penetraon in the assigned territory.
- Responsible for recruitment of relaonship managers for assigned branches.
- Maintain robust relaonships with clients and channel partners.
- Track team producvity and ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines.
- Conduct regular sales meengs and training sessions.
- Collaborate with internal departments for seamless processing and post-sales support.
- Responsible for managing Profit and loss of assigned branches and ensuring profitability of strategic SBU.

DESIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATION:

- A graduate / P.G in any discipline.
- Minimum 6 to 7 years of experience in Unsecured Business Loans
- Must have team handling Experience.Role & responsibilities
