Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Area Sales Manager to drive sales of medical equipment, rental solutions, and consumables across corporate hospitals. The role involves business development, key account management, stakeholder engagement, and achieving sales targets while building long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve sales targets and manage assigned hospital accounts.

- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.

- Drive sales of medical equipment, rentals, and consumables.





- Build relationships with doctors, nurses, biomedical teams, and hospital management.

- Conduct product demonstrations and support product trials and adoption.

- Monitor competitor activities and gather market intelligence.

- Collaborate with Clinical, Service, Marketing, and Finance teams for effective execution.

- Ensure timely collections and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Medical Equipment, Medical Devices, Hospital Sales, or Specialty Pharmaceutical Sales.

- Solid B2B sales and key account management experience with hospitals.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
