About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Area Sales Manager to oversee and drive sales performance across our general trade channels. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, a strong understanding of the general trade market, and excellent leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy & Execution

- Develop and implement territory sales plans to achieve revenue, distribution, and market share targets.
- Drive primary and secondary sales across General Trade for the skincare portfolio.

1. Team Management

- Lead, coach, and monitor Sales Officers/Representatives to ensure target achievement.
- Set transparent KPIs and conduct regular performance reviews.

1. Channel & Distributor Management

- Appoint and manage distributors; ensure stock availability and smooth supply chain operations.




- Strengthen relationships with retailers and key accounts to enhance brand presence.

1. Sales Performance Monitoring

- Track sales volume, productivity, and market penetration.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and action plans.

1. Market Expansion & Visibility

- Identify new market opportunities and expand distribution reach.
- Execute promotional activities, schemes, and branding initiatives to boost visibility.

1. Training & Development

- Train the sales team on product knowledge, skincare category insights, and selling skills.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of Proven experience in a General Trade Sales management role.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, customer relationship management, and market dynamics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data, generate reports, and make data-driven decisions.
