Experience : Min. 10 years in Gold Loan Sales
Sourcing : Open Market & Direct Sourcing
Its a Team Handling role
Should have team handling experience
Well known about the Local Market & Near by area
As a ASM he or she will handle atleast 10 to 15 branches for the "Gold Loan " Product
Avg Ticket size: 10 lakh to 20 Lakh
Per RM Target : 30-35 Lakh /Month
Target: 15 to 20 Cr. with Team
Will handle a big Geography for Gold Loan Sales
Interviews will be only Face to Face in Chennai
Sitting Location: Chennai
Should be a Local candidate & having a positive stability
