E3 Group is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager (ASM) to join our growing Edgeband Division.

North West Delhi, Noida Key Resp o nsibilities:

✅ Drive primary and secondary sales across the assigned territory.

✅ Appoint and develop dealers, distributors, and channel partners.

✅ Build strong relationships with OEMs, modular furniture manufacturers, architects, and interior designers.

✅ Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while ensuring timely collections.

✅ Expand market presence through new business development and effective market coverage.

✅ Track competitor activities and provide valuable market insights.

Desired P rofile

- 4–8 yea rs of experience in Edgeband, Laminates,



Plywood, MDF, Decorative Surfaces, Hardware, or Building Materials.
- Strong dealer/distributor network in the assigned territory.
- Excelle nt communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-mo tivated with a passion for achieving business growth.
