Desired Candidate Profile ✔ Must have managed at least 7–10 COCO (Company-Owned Company-Operated) stores. ✔ Experience from Apparel, Beauty Care, Fashion, Footwear, Lifestyle Retail, Spectacles, or Organized Retail industry. ✔ Robust knowledge of retail operations, sales management, and store profitability. ✔ Excellent team handling, coaching, and people management skills. ✔ Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in Excel and PowerPoint. ✔ Excellent communication and presentation skills. ✔ Willingness to travel extensively (approximately 12–15 days per month).
