Responsibilities

- Manage and support Restaurant Managers.
- Visit restaurants regularly to check operations.
- Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and hygiene standards are maintained.
- Monitor sales and work to achieve business targets.
- Control food costs, labor costs, and other expenses.
- Train, coach, and motivate restaurant teams.
- Resolve customer complaints and improve guest satisfaction.
- Ensure restaurants follow company policies and food safety regulations.
- Monitor inventory and reduce food waste.
- Prepare performance reports and share updates with senior management.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred).
- 5 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality operations.
- Experience managing multiple restaurant outlets is an advantage.
- Robust leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
