Role

We are looking for an Architectural Assistant with 5 to 8 years of professional experience to support the preparation, coordination, and delivery of technical drawings and construction documentation across multiple project stages.

The role involves:

- Preparing and coordinating detailed drawings, GFC packages, schedules, and technical documentation

- Ensuring drawings are accurate, coordinated, and aligned with consultant and site requirements

- Coordinating with architects, consultants, vendors, and site teams throughout project execution

- Supporting technical detailing, drawing coordination, and documentation across multiple projects

- Maintaining company drawing standards, SOPs, layer systems, and file structures

- Guiding junior team members and interns on documentation standards and technical workflows

Skills &

- Requirements

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office

- Strong knowledge of construction detailing, materials, finishes, and GFC documentation

- Good understanding of NBC, by-laws, MEP coordination,



and execution drawings

- Experience coordinating with architects, consultants, and site teams

- Ability to manage multiple drawing packages while maintaining quality and accuracy

- Experience in institutional, housing, or large-scale projects preferred

- Robust attention to detail, organization, and technical coordination skills
