Position: Jr. Architect/ Sr. Architect/ Asst. Manager/ Deputy Manager

Experience:5+ Years

Location: Vimannagar, Pune

Key Responsibilities

- Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed construction drawings.
- Prepare design presentations, 3D visualizations, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and interior design consultants.
- Ensure designs comply with local building codes, zoning regulations, and statutory approvals.
- Review drawings and specifications for accuracy and constructability.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure design compliance.
- Resolve design and construction-related issues during project execution.
- Coordinate with project management, procurement, and sales teams to align project requirements.
- Evaluate materials, finishes, and sustainable design solutions.
- Support the approval process with municipal and regulatory authorities.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure adherence to quality standards.

Required Qualifications





- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch).
- Registered Architect (preferred, where applicable).
- 38 years of architectural experience, preferably in real estate or construction.
- Strong knowledge of residential and commercial building design.
- Familiarity with local building codes, development regulations, and approval processes.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and BIM software.
- Experience with 3D visualization tools such as Lumion, Enscape, or V-Ray.
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Office.
- Strong design, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Robust attention to detail and quality standards.
