We are seeking a highly skilled Architect with over 5 years of experience in handling architecture and interior projects. The ideal candidate will be proficient in advanced Revit tools and possess a strong understanding of client requirements and project management.

Role & responsibilities

- Develop and draft architectural designs and plans in accordance with international building codes.
- Conduct research, programming, and detailed planning to meet client requirements and project specifications.
- Apply extensive knowledge of architectural design principles, construction detailing, building materials and systems, zoning regulations and building codes.
- Provide architectural guidance, perform calculations and analyses and offer recommendations within specialized architectural segments.




- Manage project deliverables to ensure adherence to schedules.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams of architects, designers, and specialists on projects of various scales.
- Support Project Architectural or Engineering Managers on larger or complex projects as required.
- Understand and analyze client requirements to develop tailored design solutions.

Preferred candidate profile

- 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in Architecture
- Robust proficiency in Revit
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- International experience advantage
